As per our policy food products are non-returnable so we won’t take it returned without genuine reason. Returns will only be accepted if any damage to product during transit but you should confirm us at the time of delivery by contacting us immediately with product damage pic via mail or WhatsApp number which given in contact us. We may refund in 2 to 3 days after the product is arranged for return and thereafter delivered at our location. Why 2 to 3 days because we will take payment details and mode of payment like UPI or Bank details then we will able to process it. After placing order, we are giving surety and trust to deliver you best quality products from our side.

Once order has been placed by you after paying online then order can be cancelled before dispatching of order to you and then we will process for refund in 2 to 3 days but once order is dispatched or shipped to you then order cannot be cancelled and we may not refund. That’s why to cancel order you contact us as early as possible and do enquiry of order processing status by contacting us, if it is not processed then we immediately cancel it and if it’s already shipped then we won’t able to cancel it and will give to order shipping details to you. Why 2 to 3 days to refund because we will take payment details and mode of payment like UPI or Bank details then we will able to process it.  we are giving surety and trust to deliver you best quality products from our side.
