Once order has been placed by you after paying online then order can be cancelled before dispatching of order to you and then we will process for refund in 2 to 3 days but once order is dispatched or shipped to you then order cannot be cancelled and we may not refund. That’s why to cancel order you contact us as early as possible and do enquiry of order processing status by contacting us, if it is not processed then we immediately cancel it and if it’s already shipped then we won’t able to cancel it and will give to order shipping details to you.
